Fifty States Before Forty (19/50).  Located at the Georgia State Capitol in Atlanta, GA, the James Earl Carter Presidential Statue reminds us of the 76th Governor.  Dedicated to the 39th U.S. President in 1994, the statue reminds us of the humble peanut farmer- the humanitarian, peacemaker, and teacher.  Jimmy Carter died on December 29, 2024 at the age of 100.  Learn more:  https://frederickhart.com/commissions [2010]
